The food here is amazing - definetly, the best South Indian restaurant in and around town! They offer a wide variety of vegetarian options, which is a huge plus. I tried their Chiku shake, crispy corn, samosa chat, and Guthi Vankaya (Eggplant) Pulao. The Guthi Vankaya Pulao is top-notch. Every dish was excellent in both taste and presentation. The interior is well-designed, giving a rich and authentic dining experience. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the live jazz music on Tuesdays adds a unique and enjoyable vibe. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!

Nice restaurant.Easily accessible. Food tastes good. We ordered Chicken Lollipops with medium spicy. They tasted good. They took little time to prepare them compare to other dishes such as Butter Naan, Goat Biriyani etc. Butter Naan bacame crispy instead of being soft after few minutes. We ordered Chicken Shahi Masala for Naan with medium spicy but it was very low spicy. Perfect for kids but not adults who wants to have little spicy. Goat Biriyani tasted good with big pieces. Chicken Noodles also tasted good. Quantity is sufficient for single person. Staff were polite. Excellent service by all the staff. They took last order at 2.30 PM even though they close between 3-5pm for lunch break. Complimentary water available and they do refill the bottles without requesting them which was great. Table service is available and they did great job. Restrooms were at the end of the restaurant inside. Only 1 room per gender. At a time only 1 person can use it which is hard when they have crowd. Restrooms were well maintained. No paper towels but only hand dryer. They do have bar inside but I don't see anyone using that. This restaurant attracts all age group people. Plenty of tables available. Payment can be made either digital or cash. Cash payment has additional discount.

We had a wonderful dining experience that was both family-friendly and refined. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, particularly in accommodating our children’s dietary preferences by adjusting the spice levels in their dishes—something we greatly appreciated. The food itself was excellent across the board. One standout for me was the vegetarian Manchurian; the balance between the spices and the rich, flavorful sauce was superb. It had just the right amount of heat and depth, making it both comforting and exciting. We also ordered mango lassis, which were smooth, refreshing, and perfectly sweet—an ideal complement to the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant elevated the entire experience. Each table was spaced in a way that allowed for a sense of privacy, contributing to an atmosphere that felt both intimate and upscale. It’s clear that the restaurant values both quality and comfort, making it a great choice for families who are looking for a more elevated dining option without sacrificing kid-friendliness.

We came to Delaware from New Jersey for a large gathering with friends who catered their event with food from Nawabs. We loved the quality, quantity and variety of food so much that we had to visit the restaurant on our commute back to New Jersey. All I can say is, “Wow!” Not only is the food delectable but the aesthetics of the restaurant is divine. It’s elegant and welcoming. It definitely pays homage to Hyderabad with its nod to local landmarks, lighting accents, and blue glass water canteens. It’s very noticeable that a lot of thought and attention to detail was put into the space to transport you to Hyderabad while you dine there. The staff is also so kind and welcoming, professional and passionate about the food they serve. You can tell this restaurant is run by foodies—people whose intent is not solely to sell you food but to immerse you in an experience. As they explained, they rotate out 1-2 dishes in exchange for 1-2 new ones to add more fresh flavors to the menu. They also love and act on feedback from customers who are craving a particular dish and flavor. You can feel there is a lot of good energy there. It’s run by people who came together to follow their dream of providing authentic nostalgic dishes while allowing for creativity in making new ones. They have a great balance going. And—speaking of balance—this restaurant caters to all people—not just Indian. The variety in dishes and spice/heat level is wide enough for everyone and anyone with different preferences to enjoy. Lastly, they will now have a live jazz band come and play while you dine on certain days. There is so much love. We will definitely be back.

We found this place through Instagram and the posts we saw looked so delicious, so my friends and I came to try. Surprisingly, it is as good as it looks! Food came out super fresh, great service, great music and atmosphere. The flavor is amazing and the spice is just right how it should be! Restaurants nowadays have a tendency to drop their food quality overtime but hopefully this place stays premium as it is now!

Coming from the south, my wife and I are still quite new to Delaware and still haven't found a really good and authentic Indian food restaurant. We came across Nawab's Indian Cuisine through social media. Everything was spectacular from the minute we walked in until the minute we left. We ordered Mango Lassi (which my wife loved), Irani Chai, Masala Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Kabobs, Mutton Dum Biryani, and Butter Chicken. The biryani was cooked fresh. The biryani seasoning was good and the lamb was tender! Overall experience, I would give it a 10/10. Just the hospitality itself would make me want to come back!
